Alistair- Dragon Age Inquisition

Haha who is this Alistair guy, I see him all over tumblr! Anyway, I really love your painterly style of colouring, it has a lot of depth and the shading looks extremely natural. I really admire the colouring on his collar. Great work! However, I agree with what the other commenter has pointed out about the imbalance in his face. If you look at his mouth, it is a little misaligned as it should be directly underneath his nose and in the center. And some other parts are a little asymmetrical as well. So I would suggest studying anatomy of human faces, if you need a tutorial, there is one by Proko on YouTube. Just search for his video, "How to draw the face from any angle". But taking the painting as a whole, your painting skills are fantastic and far superior to mine and if you just improve a little on anatomy you could do amazing paintings, so keep it up!
